Privacy and Cookies Policy of the MOCni PoMOCni Foundation

This Privacy and Cookies Policy ("Policy") is addressed to persons visiting websites ("You", "You", "You") run by the MOCni PoMOCni Foundation ("Foundation", "we", "us"). The Foundation operates websites in order to implement the Program (defined below) and the Foundation's statutory objectives.

As part of its activities, the Foundation implements a program consisting of weekly one-hour conversations conducted by a volunteer via electronic means of communication with a previously selected ward who is a minor or an adult under the care of a care and education facility (hereinafter referred to as the "Programme"). The objectives of the Program are described in detail on our website www.mocnipomocni.org.

In accordance with the requirements of Art. 13 and 14 of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR"), the Policy aims to inform you about how we process your personal data.

1. The administrator of your personal data is:

Ofiar Katynia 13B/21, postal code 64-920, entered into the register of associations, other social and professional organizations, foundations and independent public health care facilities of the National Court Register, kept by the District Court Poznań - Nowe Miasto and Wilda in Poznań, 9th Commercial Division National Court Register, under KRS number: 0000877232, with NIP number: 7651699803 and REGON number: 387886430.

2. We process your personal data to enable you to contact us via the contact form on our website. We collect your personal data directly from you via the contact form.

3. We process the following categories of your personal data:

(a) name and surname,

(b) email address.

4. Your personal data is processed only for the specific purposes indicated above. If the data is no longer necessary to achieve the processing purposes, we delete it regularly.

5. The Foundation's websites use the so-called cookies. Cookies (so-called "cookies") are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on the end device of the user of the Foundation's websites and are intended for using the Foundation's websites. Cookies usually contain the name of the website they come from, their storage time on the end device and a unique number.

(a) The entity that places cookies on the end device of the user of the Foundation's websites and obtains access to them is the website operator ... [name of entity] with its registered office at ....

(b)Cookies are used for the following purposes:

  • adapting the content of the Website's pages to the User's preferences and optimizing the use of websites; in particular, these files make it possible to recognize the Website User's device and properly display the website, tailored to his or her individual needs;

  • creating statistics that help understand how Website Users use websites, which allows improving their structure and content;

  • maintaining the Website User's session (after logging in), thanks to which the User does not have to re-enter the login and password on each subpage of the Website.

6. When using the Foundation's websites, the so-called system logs - anonymous information such as the time of the user's visit to the website, the user's IP address, URL address, browser type, data about downloaded files, etc. The collected logs are stored for an indefinite period of time for statistical purposes/statistical analysis.

7. The Foundation's websites use Google Analytics to obtain anonymous statistical data (number of visits, login country, browser type, visit time, etc.). Details related to the websites' use of this service can be found in the Google Analytics privacy policy.

8. The Foundation's websites use the Facebook.com and LinkedIn.com social plug-ins. Privacy information related to the use of the Facebook.com plug-in is available in the Facebook privacy policy. Privacy information related to the use of the LinkedIn.com plug-in is available in the LinkedIn privacy policy.

9. You are entitled to: 

(a) the right to request access to your personal data,

(b) the right to request correction of data, 

(c) the right to request deletion of data, 

(d) the right to request restriction of data processing,

(e) the right to request data portability, 

(f) the right to object to data processing, 

(g)  the right to withdraw consent to data processing at any time without affecting the lawfulness of such processing, which was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

(a) You have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (in Poland, this authority is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office) if you come to the conclusion that the processing of your personal data by the Foundation violates the provisions of the GDPR.

(b) Providing your personal data collected by the Foundation is voluntary. However, failure to provide them may result in the inability to contact the Foundation via the Contact Form. (c) This Policy may be subject to further changes. Any information regarding future changes or additions to the processing of your personal data will be posted by the Foundation on this subpage.
